Atkin day 5

I started to felt a bit dizzy since yesterday and having pain on my joint. So for workout, after 35 minutes fat loss burning zone running, i do some light weight lifting because i'm afraid of injury. I felt bit sleepy in the afternoon, because usually i take a cup of coffee in the morning to wake my senses. I guess i still feel ok after the fifth day. I think i overate carbohydrate today (about 10 g more) because my mom came to visit me today, so i bought cashew nut and pistachios for her. Of course i ate it a bit! Thank god i still have the courage to not eating all those sweet food i bought for her (The delicious loacker chocolate finger and chipsmore). Uh, my friend gave me small bar of chocolate (i kept it) and 1 waffle which i manage to eat a pinch of it only .So, lets see what I've ate today..Plus: extra calories of eating chicken and fish for dinner

Atkin day 4

Today, basically i prepared my lunch in the morning. But i did not cook for the breakfast. I decided to just divide the food that i cooked for breakfast and dinner. I'm trying a new recipe told by my friend using cauliflower. I just grilled it together with the chicken and add a little bit of salt. It was surprisingly tasty. I made it as my side dishes for my lunch.

Right after my usual jogging, i ate some macadamia nuts. I found out it have high fat content and small amount of carbohydrate. It is ok for atkin but i dont felt comfortable on munching a high fat food. of course it content 248 cal in just 40 g. But it was easily make me felt full on just a couple of nuts. :) Hope for a good journey tomorrow and i will reach my goal!

PS: Just want to add some quick tips to save your time, Usually i will prepare my vege and sealed it in this type of bags which it can maintain the freshness of the vege.

Atkin day 3

I'd lost 1 kg only after just three days of induction, I hope everything will be well. My brother had bought some of my favourite food, the pistachio and peanut cookies yesterday. It was really tempting. I manage to only take few pistachios. :(. I manage to take three meals and went jogging for 1 and a half hour.


Not so interesting breakfast because i just want to feel full. Dont forget my oolong tea!

Day 2 atkin

I'm trying to do some change in my diet because i joined gym, and last week my trainer aimed for me to lose 2 kg, but i only loose 1 kg. So my trainer asked me to do some changes in my diet. I choose atkin because i've seen many good result. I only want to try it for 14 days (i dont have so much to lose, just about 5 kgs). So which me luck!

I drink oolong tea together with breakfast and after jogging and working out at the gym I take dinner immediately after workout ( i went back at 7 pm from the gym)

i want to lose weight so i can be more confident, plus actually it is a wake up call for me when a friend of mine (not close friend of course) had called me ugly behind my back. Yup i admit that i'm ugly but i'll be better, i swear. Nobody can downgrade us for our physical. Thanks to her because she gave me a wake up call, nobody like to see a short plump girl with a boy that she considered 'handsome' which is not in par campared with me. WIsh me luck!! :)
